The Orchard.

All trees in the orchard, both native and foreign, have been selected to service the botanical needs of the distillery, to enable a paddock to bottle crafting of spirits.

Native Trees & Plants.

The larger remaining area of the farm is being turned into a sanctuary with planting of native trees, shrubs and management enabling native grasses to return. 3500 trees were planted by Koala Clancy in 2020 with another 4000 planted in 2021.
